Requirements:
- Choose textAction or fileAction automatically
- Declare only required permissions
- Generate manifest.json and script.js
- Generate ui/index.html only when needed
- From the SwiftBiuX-Template repository root, run ./scripts/build_plugin.sh <PluginDirectory>
